Brought to you by Pulse Events and in conjunction with Julian House. The Bath Beast is a Beast of an event, where the longest route of 75 miles covers significant climbs that will push the most experienced cyclists to their limits.
Starting and finishing at Walcot Rugby Football Club, these epic new cycling routes will take you through the scenic sights of Longleat and the famous Solsbury Hill.

Arrival and Registration:
Arrive at the Walcot Rugby Football Club from 7.45am and park in the designated Car Park . Make your way to registration and collect your number. Riders will be started in groups of 15, every 10 minutes from 8.00am. (75 miles and ‘Dirty’ 55 miles, and from 8.30am-9.00am on the 45 miles
The incredible routes have been designed to challenge the most dedicated long-distance cyclists. After the event you are invited to stay for and purchase post-event refreshments.

How do I raise funds?
Julian House will automatically receive 10% of the entry fee paid. Upon registering you'll also be able to make an extra donation. The Bath Beast is raising vital funds and awareness to help vulnerable men and women experiencing homelessness.

What is Julian House and why should I support you?
Julian House provides life changing support to over 2,000 vulnerable and at-risk individuals across the South West every year. This includes supporting women and men facing homelessness, adults and their children escaping domestic abuse, adults with learning difficulties and adults suffering with long term unemployment and mental health issues. It also helps in the rehabilitation of prison leavers, helping them return to employment and regain their place in mainstream society.
Are there 1st Aid / Bike Mechanics on route?
There will be a team of 1st Aid rapid response vehicles and bike mechanics on the day. They will be positioned at the start line then will be available on call, on route. You will be provided with contact details at registration.
What refreshments are available on the day?
There will be 3 feed stations on the 75-mile route and 2 on the 'Dirty' 55 mile and 45-mile routes. These will be fully stocked with High5 products, cakes, freshly squeezed orange juice & other goodies. After the event, there will be food and drinks available to purchase at the finish line.
What other facilities are available at the venue?
There are toilets at registration and at the start and finish line. All feed stations have toilets available
Are the routes sign-posted and marshalled?
There will be marshals at the venue to help navigate your arrival and start of the event. Follow all Yellow Road signs along the routes with some marshals at key points and busy road junctions. Download the route in advance to your devices using Ride with GPS.
Is there a minimum age to take part ?
Participants must be 16 years old to ride on their own. Anyone under 16 must ride with at least one adult over 18 years
